I’ve been a loyal Sears customer for almost 25 years, but no more. The service I received has been by far the WORST service EVER. I had to have my dishwasher replaced because the one I purchased 2.5 yrs. ago was defective. I purchased the master warranty plan, of which was honored. However, the issue was getting the proper service and support with placing the order and getting it installed. Where do I begin with this horrific experience? First, I totally disrespected by a store clerk at the Sugarland store location. He was rude and totally unprofessional. So much so I personally had to go into the store to get the support I need because while talking to him over the phone he basically told me to shut up and I quote his exact words were "lady you have said enough ". Talk about rude and unprofessional. Second the dishwasher was dropped off, but the removal of the old dishwasher, nor the installation was done. So basically, I have a new dishwasher still in the box in the middle of my kitchen floor. The technician called but never showed up. I waited for the 5 hours. When I called to get answers, nobody could answer my question or help. The service was so bad, that while talking to one of the customer service representatives all I heard in the background was the chicken(s)!!!! Literally. At the end of the day my issue hasn't been resolved, the dishwasher is still in the box and I've yet to receive a call letting me know when job will be completed. Horrible, horrible service!!!!!!!!
