HORRIBLE SERVICE! Called for a warranty service on our refrigerator. Scheduled a service to get compressor replaced. Had to schedule it 4 days out for an 8-5 window. At 1pm on our day they texted and rescheduled it for the next day between 8-5, then on that day got a text that they rescheduled it 2 days out between 8-5. Called them again and they scheduled and emergency repair within the hour, they didn't show. Called them back and was transferred to a person that was not with their warranty department and told i would have to pay for repairs. Then wanted to schedule for another day. Mind you family of 4 living out of coolers and food going bad, having to buy ice daily at $20 a day. On top of that they told us that it would not be covered under the 10 year extended warranty that was purchased with the unit. So, I will never ever buy ANYTHING FROM SEARS EVER AGAIN!
