We have been waiting 10 weeks to have our microwave repaired. We have had 4,service calls and 2 additional scheduled, where. NoI one showed up. We have a Master Protection plan, for our home appliances. It is for repair or replace! Every part in our microwave has been replaced and it still does not work! They have refused to replace the microwave. This just screams scammers ! Please do not buy a protection plan through Sears!I have never had such poor service in my 72 years!! They won’t allow you to speak to the repair company!! Huge red flag!! Please spare yourself all the aggravation and their many bogus excuses!! Go to another company!!
