Sears came to my home (the next day following my initial call) to repair my washer which was shutting off when it entered the spin cycle. The repairman did some diagnostics and declared he was unable to isolate a problem and then charged me $119.00 for the visit. He then left. I still had a broken washer so I called the service center and they said they could not schedule a second repairman for 3 or 4 WEEKS. I said I would find someone else and just give me a refund of my $119.00. They said they would and it is now 60 days later and still no refund. I call them every week and they claim the refund should show up within 72 hours. But nothing. The washer was subsequently replaced. I don't know what happened with the Sears customer service but they sure aren't the reliable organization they used to be. I will never call them again. Beware!!!!
