If I can give them a negative I would, I ordered the part from my washer and paid for the repair service upfront, they scheduled every appointment to come between 8 AM and noon every day from Saturday to Friday and have not shown up at this point. So I have missed work every day this week and waited for nobody to show or call, will dispute with credit card company and file a complaint with the BB. My advice is do not ever use them find a local appliance store and use them.
