Sears stated I needed a parts for a repair on my Samsung fridge. I paid for everything up front. Part was delivered 11-22-24. Sears tech cancelled stating part was not there which it was sitting on my counter. They rescheduled for 11-25-24. This ended up being a no call no show. 12-2-24 last minute the cancelled last minute. Stating that the part that’s physically sitting on my counter was not delivered. The tracking number they proved clearly shows it was delivered on 11-22-24. Now they say they are ready for repairs and are coming on Dec 9th 2024. I will never use sears again.
