Hello, everyone. I see that we are all dissatisfied with Sears. It appears that they have sold their company when they closed all the stores. Lets start a Class Action Law suit. They are not honoring their warranties and the customer Service is pointless. I asked to speak to a Supervisor and they refused. I've been trying to get my refrigerator repaired since August 2024. When they realized they could not fix it they gave me a voucher for the partial of my refrigerator. I questioned why my fridge wasn't going to be replaced and the response was "The new company does not offer that anymore". So, back to the voucher, every time I attempt to use it when it says the product is available once I go to check out it says that the item is sold out. I have called several times. Every call the system is being updated and they say it should be up in 48 hours. They don't care that I've paid for this warranty service. I want to SUE and will be making some phone calls today. I will post information on here once I figure it out.
