I will never buy a refrigerator warranty again from Sears. It has been four months now and the Warranty company steel has not fixed our refrigerator. They ordered the wrong part. Then when we do get the part, they put in the part and then it ended up being something else wrong with it and had to order another part, we get the part in and when they come out to fix it, the part is broken And then we finally get that part replaced and still having Problems with one of the drawers, freezing our products and they had even cleaned out the lines. Now they are saying they don’t have a repairman in the area that can fix it. I call hogwash on this. Warrantees and insurance these days tends to be a scam. They want your money, but they sure don’t wanna make it right when you need help
