Don't ever contact SEARS IN ANY WAY,SHAPE OR FORM!!! Unless you are feeling lonely and need somebody to talk to. Their costumer service is very polite but their polices suck. It is very sad to see an very famous and old brand be destroyed by not being able to keep up with the other stores. So now they are in the business of selling you parts you don't need and service that are WAY overcharged and once you find out you should never have dialed they already got you for the "diagnostic fee" and whatever parts you might have purchased.
