This was after I spent about 15 minutes on the phone with a Sears representative the prior day confirming the make, model, & serial number plus identified the symptoms so the necessary part could be sent with the repairman. INSTEAD I had to pay for the SERVICE UPFRONT with the required part being sent direct to my address & the repair being completed the following week.
