If you need an appliance repair, the base labor fee is $300, and you pay for parts. If the repair man is there for 10 minutes, you pay $300 for the labor. If you don't go with the estimate pricing of what will always be over $300, you have to pay $100 for the guy to spend 5 minutes to input the data on a machine to tell you what's wrong. I had two problems, only knew about one, and was left with a broken machine. I didn't notice until a month later, and I was told I had to pay another $300 plus parts, bc they only give you one month if the repair man leaves you with a broken machine. Buy a new machine, bc my repair cost was $800.
