My GE refrigerator/freezer the freezer quit working a little over a week ago it’s under warranty the guy came out 1 day said he has to order 2 parts came Bach 2 days later with 1 part put it on still not working came back the next day put another part on still not working said he’s going to request they give me a new refrigerator. I call the next day on hold for 1 hour call back today on hold for 2 hours then the phone hangs up call back on hold for 2 hours guy answers transfers me to the overflow department rings 4 times hangs up on me now I’m on hold for 3 hours this is crazy we bought all high end GE appliances when we remodeled our kitchen 4 years ago and high end washer and dryer from Sears . I will never buy anything from Sears ever again . The foreign people that answer the phone don’t know what they are talking about and if the don’t know what to say they hang up on you .
