I would like to share an update from "Allie" about "Sears.com". I was hopeless about ever receiving a refund from this scam business. I did finally receive this. I contacted my state's Attorney General's office, the FTC , and the bank that issued my debit card. I am not sure which of these businesses rattled the Sears cage , or if they all did. All three were fabulous in assisting me. After three plus months of being lied to and ignored by Sears, and Gymax, I finally received my long awaited refund. I would encourage others who have been ripped off by Sears to contact the 3 organizations that I did. I never would have received this with out their help. These companies (Sears /Gymax)care nothing for what's legal, or correct. I hope this information helps other customer's who have been scammed by this formally ethical company. Good Luck to you.
