First there is know customer service here. They lazy and don't care to help with anything. Everytime I called about the claim I was giv4n incorrect information. When I asked for a manager I was told I can't speak to one I have to speak to my agent which was Terri. She never was at work or she called twice in three weeks after I called 10 times requesting someone call me back. Three weeks later they never send my return to work date so I had to take a additional day off. My claim was denied because she said I asked for help not that my doctors recommend I take the time off. After he diagnosed me with depression and anxiety
I guess if I murder my whole family first then I can get the help i needed
