Sedgwick is the WORST company I have EVER dealt with. Donna is rude and left rude voicemails all of the time because we had to re submit paperwork 15 times as the agents kept telling incorrectly.
In the last week I had the system tell me I have no claim, get an agent who did not notate the "manual form" he submitted for an absence so they have to "review the call" had another agent hang up on me, and they LOST the fax my son's doctor sent over and I had to go re print, deliver and help her fill it out all because the agent she called to walk her through it again told her wrong info to begin with (and she didn't want to re submit 15 times like last year) they also literally told her to LIE on official paperwork which is ILLEGAL.
