Would give a negative if I could. My vehicle was totalled by this company's client, Secure Transportation. Instead of making things right and simply replacing my vehicle, and we are talking about a 2004 Honda Element EX so not some new fancy car, this claims administrator not only dragged their feet for almost three months now, but is set on only offering me 80% of what it costs to replace my car, leaving me with no transportation and having to consider spending nearly 2 months salary on paying the difference to replace my car that I had owned/paid in full. Additionally they are leaving me hanging for the $2000 of credit card debt I am still paying for just getting the breaks/rotors and suspension repaired months before the accident. I can not even get an auto loan because auto loans will not finance for a car that age. They also did not notify me when the first claims representative left the company, instead waiting for me to reach out. They still have not resolved the claim. If you ever have to work with a client who has Sedgwick, get a lawyer ASAP. This company is a scammer service who should not be allowed to offer automobile policies.
