Sedgwick were used to handle our boiler claim and it was unbelievable how incompetent a company can be. 25 minutes plus on hold to be told someone would be in touch, then a text with an update, an engineer who didn't show and then blames you for not being home. A call in the middle of the night (22:50) to be asked when you're free in the morning. When chased the next day - no engineers available.
The are massively understaffed, use unreliable contractors, and do not care about you.
