We treated a client of Sedgwick in November and December of 2023. We submitted the required paperwork via email and fax several times. We have contacted several departments and people listed for this clients claim and have been given the run around for months now! We still have not been paid the almost $1000 for services rendered! Today we called yet again and are now being told that we have to talk to the new claims adjuster for this clients case and resubmit the mountain of paperwork again…even though last week we spoke to someone who found everything and said she was going to submit it for payment. We will never accept a client from this company again, ever. The customer service has been very poor, rude, and unhelpful! They are giving us the run around so they don’t have to pay. We will try calling the final supervisor today and if we don’t get paid I will be filing a lawsuit and bad faith claim against this company with the attorney general in Colorado.
