This is by far the worst experience I have had with an insurance company or any company for that matter! Sedgwick is completely unprofessional! I wrote an email to Heidi Sayles explaining that I’ve been waiting for the claims to be processed far past my 10-12 business days, and that I don’t live in the US I was here checking on my business! I’m stuck here until this claim process is done! I was due back home where I WORKa month ago! I turned my paperwork in 6/6 decisions have been made on 2 of the claims to be paid out it’s been 2 weeks I’ve been waiting on a direct deposit! Not only am I still waiting they let me know that they are now sending a check out that will take 10-12 more business days to receive 😳! Another delay in my flight ✈️! I wrote an extensive email to EVERYONE I spoke with and cc the manager…🦗🦗🦗so now I have no idea what’s going on! No return call and no return email! I’ll be reporting them to the BBB and to my states Department of Insurance as well as to the Department of Insurance for California as that’s who I’ve been dealing with!
