I'm dealing with this company currently and all I can say is DO BETTER. A paid for 3rd party service by companies such as Target. I have a claim in. Never received a call then I get a generic message from Rachelle Cuellar stating, "Thanks for speaking with me..." Never spoke to anyone, nor did anyone try to reach me via cell phone number that was provided. It would also appear she never even received the plethora of photos taken by the trainer man at Target that took pictures of the damage to my car that evening.
Poor leadership / company reviews start from the TOP and trickle down. The trainer who works at the Target where my accident happened was so off in left field, I was shocked to read his title on his name badge. I attempted to reach out to Rachelle via the phone number listed on her email signature, HA! Don't waste your time if you are currently going through this with this company - those numbers don't do jack for you except upset you and hang up on you.
This is seriously a shame at the lack of care / concern given. The "I was out of the office Friday" excuse, the just all-around poor ethics.
Do better, if you can. If you don't want to, leave. Someone else will take your place when you die anyways. Beat it.
