You’re not sorry because you’ve had lots of complaints against this company and you’re not following your mission statement by any means. The only reason why you got one Star cause I had to in order to be able to put the message here I am dealing with a total neglect.

I don’t know how this company still in business. The employees don’t follow the rules that the company has put out in response to, and no one, no one ever ever answers the phone, so I don’t even know why you publish a phone number.
