I have been fighting with this company since September. They don't return calls and emails. If you're blessed to get a call back from them the person on the phone doesn't want to listen to you. They will ask you a question and then interrupt you and talk over you and later hang up on you. They don't honor their 24 business hour call back. As I am still waiting for calls and emails to be returned from three weeks ago. Occasionally when I call and I do get an actual person they say my rep has called me, emailed me, and they don't know what number and email I'm using because it isn't Sedgwicks; I am using the phone number and email that is attached directly to my Reps email she (Jalecia Robbins) sent me. Yet those missed calls if they don't go through to Jalecia Robbins they get rerouted to Sedgwick. They don't. I call Jalecia Robbins and it goes right to voicemail, it doesn't take me elsewhere.
I have reported them to my states insurance commission.
