The worst experience ever, i filed a claim and the claims manager called me to go over the claim and its due n due date of Jamuary 2025. I happened to call to check on the claim and found out the claim was due December 22, 2024 (on a Sunday) just days after our conversation. I called her back about the misleading information and she got loud and obnoxius over her own misleading information. I called her manager who stated there's nothing she could do but deny the claim. People pay into insurance just in case. But Sedgwick will give you misleading information to deny your claim for their own gains.
