Disgusting... even dangerous. Their mantra: "Taking care of people is at the heart of everything we do"... hard to think of a bigger falsehood.
Black mould attack in my daughter's bedroom. Assessors came and told me what a dangerous health hazard it was and that they would ump on it with great urgency, esp as she was sleeping on the floor to avoid the contamination... FIVE WEEKS LATER, after chasing and chasing, they finally forwarded the report to the insurance company!!! They should be ashamed, as should any insurer who uses them.
