I just started dealing with these people and now after reading all these reviews I'm convinced. I'm becoming angry whenever I talk to the customer service people. Everyone works remotely or for from their home remember that whenever you talk to them. Listen for background noise such as televisions and stuff. It is very difficult to manage a company whenever the employees cannot be monitored. They say the phones are recorded who cares they're probably well aware of all this. If you are new to this experience I feel sorry for you will probably be wore slap out by the time you're done if it ever comes.
