Concert was cancelled due to the covid situation last March 2020, See Tickets reply saying a refund will be paid within 28 days, they still have my money after more than a year and reply to my emails with automatic reply.
Stay away from this company, they should be prosecuted under the Trade Description Act.
One star is way too much for this company.
