Hands down the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with.
Emailed 7 days ago telling me that my tickets have been dispatched, received nothing.
Checked online to find that they've dispatched the tickets to my old address despite me having updated it on their website, so contacted Royal Mail who tell me that although I have a reference number, See Tickets HAVE NOT provided the package to them?!! 7 days later!!!
Not only do See Tickets not have a working customer service phone line (Allegedly closed due to Covid), but if you email them as requested, you get an auto reply saying to leave it til 2 days before the event to contact them?!! HOW??!!! Even when I try and use social media - Twitter, Facebook AND Instagram - there is NO REPLY. I haven't even had a reply to the email I sent their CEO Rob Wilmshurst...
Absolute shambles of a company, avoid like the plague...
