We needed to change a ticket and they asked us to book and pay AGAIN, then wait for a refund. So I'm out of pocket twice for tickets I can't use???
It's shameful that good events companies outsource ticket sales to con artists like this. BEWARE! They offer extra 'insurance' they'll never pay out on, avoid giving refunds, never available to talk over the phone, add an 'admin fee' just as you check out etc.
