With less than a week to go until I go to the O2 on the 17th October 2021 to see Erasure, I still have no tickets to hand as I am waiting for See Tickets to send me an email with digital tickets attached. I booked the tickets back in July 2021, the confirmation email states that I will need to download the O2 App, as this is the only way to be able to get access to the tickets, even though the App only deals with AXS, the O2's official ticket agent. I have contacted See Tickets numerous times, to which I receive only email responses, have not spoken to anybody at Customer Services. I have downloaded the See Tickets Wallet, which is useless if the tickets are yet to be despatched. My only hope is 1) the digital tickets are sent in time before Sunday's date? Or 2) I contact See Tickets and tell them I will collect the tickets from the venue on the day. This is an absolute shambles, no one to speak to, no option to 'print at home' the tickets. I have not spent over £120 for two tickets I am yet to receive. Will most certainly stay away from See Tickets for any future purchases. Absolute joke of a company!!!!
