Paid an extra £7.10 on 'refund protection' because we werent sure everyone would be able to attend and event. When we decided to cancel and looked into what getting what a refund actually extremely difficult to get. I thought paying for refund protection meant we could actually get a refund if we decided not to attend - this is not the case. The circumstances under which you are eligible for a refund even with refund protection are so small its almost impossible to justify. I am extremely annoyed
