I will NEVER buy tickets from them again. Live in USA. Concert in London. Have not been able to make contact either by email or phone Phone just rings. No availability to leave a message. Every email address I attempted was "failed" "page not found " email box not monitored". Even tried "reply" to previous email confirmation when tickets was purchased On line "Refund" form wont go through. Refund insurance even bigger scam. Only refund if cancelation, not if its been RESCHEDULED 3 times. Total BS. 700.00 wasted
