1. Booked in 2019
2. Moved event twice due to Covid (understanding)
3. Couldn’t attend on third date due to commitments
4. Returned tickets at my cost
5. No refund given and their system doesn’t recognise my order anymore
6. No way to contact anyone
I would stay away from the business- they have no service at all and after dates changes they do not update their one way of contacting them. It is the worse format I have ever used.
Should something change I will update the article.
