What a joke this company is, please never use them they are scammers, I took out refund policy with them for a concert in December 2022, unbeknown to me my Husband booked a holiday for a surprise on the same date, tried to get a refund they refuse to get back to me I have sent lots of emails and even shown them the holiday info, the show is not until the 9th December 2022 plenty of time to resale my tickets, I have looked on their website to see if there are any more tickets for sale for this show, they have sold out, what idiots theses people are, stay away, do not trust them.
