Do not buy under any circumstances!
Their costumer service will go to any lengths to keep your money once you’ve paid—despite cancellation or fraud. In my case, my card was fraudulently used to purchase tickets. After I got the email from the merchant confirming my order—which I did not authorize—I immediately contacted their customer support via email informing them of this unauthorized activity. SeeTickets informed me that they do not offer refunds (even though this was fraud) and told me to take it up with my bank—who would deal with their fraud department. Upon doing so, I was credited the money back—however, SEETICKETS then went and contested the charge back and took the money back from me! This is completely unethical behavior and they leave costumers with no resources to resolve fraudulent transactions (there is not even a number or email to call to be in contact with their fraud department—as per their costumer service team).
