Brought refund protection, cannot refund without filling in 3 forms and submitting a medical form and getting a note from a GP confirming this.
I got covid, I'm not going to a venue to spread it, but apparently as restrictions are lifted this is fine for them. Wtf, no wonder cases are spiking, cause of terrible ethical companies like this.
