Money grabbing low end outfit. My event was cancelled but they kept the booking fee. Just because it’s in your terms and conditions doesn’t mean it’s remotely ethical.
Not surprised there’s no customer service phone number they haven’t got the guts to speak to customers directly because they know they’re behaving like a bunch of charlatans. Event organisers should stop engaging this company when there are far better third-party intermediaries they could sell tickets through. They give the event organisers a bad name.
