Total shitshow of a web site. Wasted 30 minutes trying and failing to buy tickets. Told me I needed to create an account, then wouldn't recognize my pwd, even though it met their specs. Kicked out unintelligible error messages. Any promoter using this service is losing customers and leaving $ on the table. They provide no way to contact them, either, just preexisting, useless help content.
