Ordered a 1976 Quinta do Noval bottle of port and received a 1997, which we found online for circa £50, some £210 less than what we had paid.
Absolutely shocked, especially given the amount of people we have sent bottles to over the years, now doubting they received what we had paid for.
Customer service has been shocking, constantly having to follow this up, with zero pro-activity on the part of Selfridges. This falls well below the attention to detail we would expect from a premium outlet.
