I ordered two items to be shipped to the US. They were suppose to arrive 7 days ago, but were stuck at DHL because Selfridges won't give them the MID or any of the manufacturing information they asked for.
I've called Selfridges 4 times plus emailed and chatted to them. They assured me it would be actioned, but they didn't do anything. Now, DHL is sending it back to Selfridges because they've not sent in the MID.
I even paid extra for Selfridges Global+
Not only did I not get my items, but I incurred about $80 in international phone charges.
