My Dad is in his 80's and last week purchases a pay as you go mobile from Selfridges Birmingham. The Lady who served him did not offer him 9the opportunity to retain his current number or mobile provider or offer to transfer his numbers or photos. He was not aware he could do this.
Better customer service is required!
