I returned an order on 30th Nov 2016 and returned it on the day I collected in store. I was told the refund cannot made in store as the product has to be delivered back to warehouse. Then I waited for 10 days and checked, still not received any refund yet. I called them and said the refund takes 7 working days (I used Alipay as payment method). Fine, I wait for another 7 working day still has no refund transaction yet. Called them and emailed them twice during Christmas Holiday and yesterday. I also attached the transaction history of Alipay as they requested to prove I haven't received the refund from 13th December 2016 till now. Yes,I need prove the haven't done the refund(customer services only replied as they can see from the system, it has been refunded! -BUT where?
They said they have passed the information to dedicate team to sort out the problem. But I can't see any positive response from them till now to provide a service to customer. I wouldn't buy anything online from Selfridge as I couldn't guarantee the refund (they claim they have refunded:) they do not provide any help at all!
