Placed an online order and chosen collection date from the store. No communication from Selfridges so at the date contacted department store only to find out that the order has been cancelled as the item is out of stock. Surely, the first thing is to notify a customer as they may have already made plans to collect it.
The only positive thing that my enquery was answered within half an hour. - but still no cancellation confirmation!
