I ordered autumn flower the picture looked good a nice mixture of red orange and yellow flowers but what was delivered to my friend was dark red flowers with purple thorns. I was very disappointed because it looked like the flowers u get in the supermarket for £5 not the £25 flowers i ordered i contacted them and there response was that the quality looked ok and there was a mixture of flowers. I then sent another email saying i am not talking about the quality im talking about the fact it looks nothing like picture i am very disappointed and will never buy flowers online again as i would have got a lovely big bunch of flowers from asda for half the price ##- Please type your reply above this line -## Your request (211281) has been updated. I am going to post the picture from your website and a picture of what was delivered so people know to be aware that they might not get the flowers they have picked and tell them not to order from this company because you just dont care about your customers i have sent 3 emais and u have sent the same response telling me about quality and thats not the issue. We clearly advertise the stem count of the bouquet and display photos of the bouquet. If you are unhappy with the flowers after following the care instructions and allowing time for the flowers to fully bloom or the stem count is incorrect, please contact us again with an additional photograph, within 5 days of the delivery date, showing the specific issue and we will look into this further.
