Have used the service a number of times. The price has remained the same but the quality and quantity has been reducing lately. Last order was mostly twigs and the flowers were dead within 4 days. Not an adequate response from customer service. Unfortunately won't use again which is a shame.

Distinctly disappointing service for a Mother’s Day delivery. Whilst I was impressed with the commitment to delivery on Mother’s Day itself, the feedback from my mum was that the flowers looked battered. She wanted to give them a day of water ahead of casting judgment but was very unhappy with what she received and they had to be thrown out after 4 days. The flowers were head-down in the box, based on the packaging orientation and looked to be very dry and damaged. There was nowhere near enough life left in them for a bouquet of the cost. £2 Tulips from Tesco have lasted double the time already and look leagues nicer than what was shipped to my mum on Mother’s Day. Seranata’s quality check period for resends and refunds is a measly 5 days. When I contacted after 8 days there was nothing I could do except “accept their apologies”, despite the flowers expecting to have a much longer shelf life than 8 days. It’s very disappointing as a long-term customer of Serenata. I will think twice before ordering again.

I received a bouquet for Mothers day which consisted mainly of greenery 3 gerbera and 2 alstroemeria - very disappointing. I am obviously reluctant to tell my son who spent his hard earned cash in good faith but in due course I will suggest that he never uses Serenata again. You couldn't even be bothered to enclose a gift card so I was left to assume the identity of the donor.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers as a birthday surprise for my mother. The date of delivery was specified/selected when placing the order. However, the flowers did not arrive. When contacting Serenate explaining this, it was clear in their response that they couldn't care less.

I ordered flowers at 0932hrs for same day delivery for someone who was in real need of a lift/pickmeup. I bought them paying nearly £50 inc delivery and was then sent a link that contained a caveat for the UK indicating that the guaranteed same day would not be possible in a small number of cases (4%). If I had known this before purchase, I would have gone somewhere more reliable like Interflora. I waited all day checking the tracking and was told that the order was processing. By 8pm I complained to the "chat" service and later checked tracking to see that the flowers had been delivered. My friend was informed, obviously ruining the surprise. The flowers were no where to be found, even after checking around the property and neighbours. I complained via email and was told that the UK had problems and that she should check in all of the usual places. I complained again and then received a message stating that they had no coverage in the area and were cancelling my order, and offering the usual meaningless platitudes about being sorry for the inconvenience. I don't understand why the tracking information indicated that the flowers had been delivered after I had complained the first time - clearly a lie. I don't understand why the caveat about the guaranteed same day delivery not being guaranteed in the UK was not bold when I was going to pay, giving me the option to go elsewhere. All in all, a deeply disappointing experience. I am sure they're "fine" for most routine purchases (as other reviews seem to suggest) but if your delivery is really important and meaningful give these people a wide berth. They are not to be trusted.

The flowers were a birthday present to a friend that was recently widowed . Paid an extra £4.95 to have them delivered on the day , not only did she not get the flowers on her birthday , She found them thrown over the fence the following day , obviously with force as some of the stems were scattered on the ground !! Yodel were the delivery company . To say that i am disappointed is a huge understatement .

I ordered flowers as a birthday present. What i ordered for £50 looked like it had been picked up in a petrol station at last minute. I was mortified that this tat was considered my gift to somebody I care about. This company should be embarrassed at what they send out masquerading as a "bouquet". I ordered a beautiful bouquet of roses and babys-breath, to be delivered on Valentine's day. Note: these cost me over £50. The flowers got delivered on Friday the 14th to the wrong address, at a dentists practice that didn't open until Monday again. I've reached out to Serenata for this, but I get nothing from them. They keep saying I didn't give them the correct address, which is absolute BS. On top of that, when we picked up the flowers on Monday (dried and dead) I saw that there's been added just one baby's-breath flower instead of the 3-5 that were pictured on the website, making it the saddest bouquet ever. So far Serenata has done nothing to solve it and does everything to prevent me from getting a refund, which they obviously owe me. I'm disappointed in this company and don't recommend anyone ever buying flowers here!!!

Roses came broken. Emailed with photo evidence of both broken roses and the box that was near broken in half. Was offered 10% refund for 1 broken roses. Shambles DO NOT USE!

Very bad experience - I ordered the flower for my sister living in Portsmouth, U.K. and it arrived at least 4 hours late, and the delivery guy didn’t deliver the flower directly to the office but put the flowers on ground floor without any notice. Very bad! My sis had to wait for so long in the office and it was only after her colleagues told her that they found the flower on ground floor that she realised the flower had delivered. The size is also not as expected.

I'd not go back to SerenataFlowers if they were the last place selling flowers on the planet.. I ordered two dozen red roses for my wife, it was clearly to a business address. Mid afternoon I received an email to say they would be delivered between 19:00 - 21:00, then it changed from 19:00 - 22:00. What kind of delivery time is that ? So I contacted them via the chat on their site several times to say the business would be shut. To cut a long story short, they have no contact with their couriers for these deliveries, they said on the chat, was there a safe place they could leave the flowers ? I said no, the business would be shut at 17:00, the gates would be locked, I'd repeatedly told them this. So they delivered them anyway later in the evening when as said nobody was there and just left them on the floor outside the gates on the street for anyone to walk off with. They have refused to give me a refund, Then this morning I received a condensing email from a customer services manager ( thats a joke in itself ) "I want to extend my sincere apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced with the delivery method. Please note that it is standard practice for our couriers to leave orders in a secure location if the recipient is not available at home or with a neighbour. Thank you for your understanding and patience regarding this matter. If you require any further assistance or have any additional concerns, please feel free to reach out" On the floor outside in a public place for anyone to walk off with…… "secure location” ????? Thank you for your understanding ??? "any additional concerns, please feel feel free to reach out” ?? There was and has been zero understanding, no decent customer service at all, it's the worst service I've ever had from any flower vender. There’s plenty of others out there that if a delivery problem occurs will resolve it or refunded the money without problem.

I ordered an Orchid for my best friend whose Father had passed away. Firstly, I was ordering from overseas to UK - dealing with an 8 hour time change. I placed the order on Monday, for delivery on Tuesday as stated. Wrong!! now it was Wednesday for delivery. Then I received an email overnight which stated they couldn't fulfill the 49.99 UK pounds order of a yellow Orchid but it could be replaced with a white Orchid - the value was 36.99 UK pounds. I had to ask for a refund for the difference and to please deliver the Orchid today - Wednesday delivery. Wrong!! I woke up this morning to say they made a processing mistake and the Orchid was not delivered. Did I want to try again or get a refund? I told them to refund me as I couldn't trust that they would get the job done. Save yourselves the trouble and use another company. Very, very dissapointing.

My girlfriend just had surgery and I wanted to surprise her with nice flowers when she got home. On the website there is an option for “same day” delivery as long as you order before 2pm. I ordered the flowers at 12pm and paid £6.99 so that they would be sent on the same day. Two days later the flowers still haven’t arrived. I spoke to customer service who advised me that they do not offer a same day service, even though I used this service on their website and my email confirmation said they would be delivered same day. I asked to speak to someone more senior and now they are completely ignoring my emails. Absolutely appalling service and would not recommend.

I sent my Aunt flowers for her birthday in 10 th September then again for Christmas on 23rd December 2024 and she loved them I am in Queensland Australia and each time I have sent her flowers she has raved about them I can only go on the photos on the web site when I pick them and each time and iv been ordering for a few years now she has loved them all along with chocolates

Ordered a basket arrangement for my 90 year old mothers Christmas present. It was ordered about a week before a delivery date of Monday 23rd December. No show so I emailed Serenata the next day who replied there had been a technical issue and I had to reorder with the earliest delivery date they could offer of Saturday 28th December. Mum was obviously disappointed but was OK with this. Again a no show from Serenata, again I emailed them to get the same response, unable to fulfil order due to a technical issue and I had to reorder yet again ! What is going on Serenata ??? I obviously requested an immediate refund and will order from another company.
