We ordered flowers for a relation who has been going through a bad time recently and this was her birthday. Having arranged for her to be home early to receive same,they only delivered at 3-45 pm and she had to rush back home to be there in time. We had ordered flowers to the value of 49.99 and a glass vase for 9.99. There was no glass vase,and whilst the recipient liked the flowers she said there was no way near the value for money. I have requested a refund for the vase,but,as your refunds process says "difficult",this is more in hope than expectation. We shall not be purchasing from this Company again.
