I was sent flowers by a friend on 14th February.
They contacted me to ask if I had received a parcel. I said NO. Why? They told me to check the main entrance to the Apartments. On opening my door I found a box propped up against my door.
The rroses were cramped into a far too small thin box with NO wet tissue around the stems. Two days later they are already dying. This is NOT my first experience of flowers delivered by your company.
What is wrong with ringing a bell or calling me on the intercom to the apartments?
Covid is no excuse for bad quality and service albeit has become the excuse for everything. As a business woman I cannot accept Covid as an excuse.
