My daughter ordered flowers for our Golden Anniversay. They were for dellivery on the 19th February. The box they arrived in was battered and the flowers on their side. They were all but dead! I got in touch with Serenata who asked me to send in some photos which I did. Then I got a text telling me that I hadn't read and followed the 'care' suggestion with the flowers. I replied that no amount of 'care' would resuscitate them as they were DEAD!!! I then got a reply saying they would send a new bunch. The new bunch arrived but not very exciting, only marginally healthier than the first but LOTS OF GREENERY!!! Never again!!!
