Serenata Flowers murdered my cat. My partner ordered a bouquet of flowers for my for Valentine’s day. They arrived mangled and sad and not at all like they were pictured, but worst of all the florist had swapped a flower for a Peruvian Lily, which are known to be fatally toxic to animals, and they did not give notice. The lily was budding not blooming, so we did not recognize it for what it was. Our kitten Binx ate a leaf. He died 9 days later, February 27th, of kidney failure from lily poisoning. Not only is their service and their flowers subpar, but they thoughtlessly killed a beloved member of my family by adding a deadly flower my partner did not order to the bouquet. Serenata Flowers deserves 0 stars, and none of your money. Do Not Order From Them Ever, especially if you have pets.
