It's a friend's birthday tomorrow so I picked some flowers for next day delivery and entered my card details. A pop up appeared saying the flowers could not be delivered tomorrow so requested an alternative delivery date- of course this doesn't work as my friend's birthday is tomorrow so i did not select an alternative date and instead ordered another set of flowers which could be delivered tomorrow.
I have been charged for two sets of flowers, and sent two separate (delayed) order confirmation emails including the first set which apparently will now mysteriously arrive tomorrow despite the system generated pop blocking my first order because they couldn't be delivered. I contacted customer services within 5 minutes to cancel one of the orders and they said cannot do anything???
Appalling. I've never ordered from them before and never will again. I will be contacting my bank about the double payment error.
