Ordered a bouquet weeks in advance of mother's day (14th march) and selected deliver date 13th March. Notified by email at 8am 13th March that the flowers were en route. No flowers arrived 13th or 14th and after several emails which proved no help I was informed that they wouldn't arrive until 17th March. Three different customer service reps have refused me a refund despite the order arriving 4 days late. Looking forward to old flowers arriving at my mum's house on Wednesday - not really what you expect when you spend £30 on a bunch of flowers! Don't waste your time or money and use a company who can stick to their delivery dates.
